Came here on a Friday night cause I was craving some Korean fried chicken and was surprised to see that it was only 8 minutes from my place in the museum district! There is a parking garage attached, so it was fairly easy to find a parking spot. Keep in mind though that restaurant parking is limited to the first floor. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but my boyfriend and I opted to be outside cause it was a rare nice night to be outside. Our server, Kito, was a HIGHLIGHT in our visit here. He was friendly, professional, and gave the best recs on what to get. We ended up getting a 10 piece of the soy garlic, 5 giant drumsticks of the buffalo sauce, and some kimchi fries. I cannot express how DELICIOUS everything was. Fries were lightly seasoned, which was totally fine with us since the toppings of kimchi, mayo and bulgogi more than made up for it. The chicken was crunchy, crispy, and everything you want in a fried dish. Not too heavy on the batter and moist inside. 10/10 rec on checking this spot out cause we’re def coming back!

My girlfriend and I went yesterday for wings, and Galy absolutely knocked it out of the park! We had the Wednesday wing special, a couple of drinks, and an order of dumplings. The dumplings and wings came out hot and fresh, and the flavor was outstanding. Galy was great as always and even remembered our usual drink order. Will definitely be coming again, but once in a blue moon, because I need to watch my waistline.

I loved Dak & Bop before it closed, and I am SO happy that it’s back! We came on a Friday night and had great service from Kito. They still have the best wings I’ve ever had!

We love Dak and Bop! This location closed several years ago and our hearts broke completely. We have been ecstatic to be able to come back since they reopened. Always amazing service and, of course, incredibly delicious fried chicken. I also especially love the brussels sprout appetizer. My apologies for the poor quality of photos, the quality of the food was so amazing that we were already halfway through each dish when I remembered to take a photo.

One of the most memorable and favorite food experience's so far in Houston. Chicken is crispy, flavorful. Lemonade is so good— not too sweet or tart. Dumplings—best I’ve probably ever had. Parmesan truffle fries are delicious and huge quantity. But the real star? The garlic bread! It’s what dreams are made of. I’ll be back!

CRISPIEST fried chicken, the most flavorful sauces, very generous serving sizes, great price point, our server Kito was very attentive and provided great service. We had plans in Houston that ended up not going through but instead of leaving found our way here and we are so grateful to have found it! We only wish it was closer to home so we could enjoy it more! 10/10

Great service. Very nice staff. Kito greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the food and service. His positive attitude made the experience enjoyable for our first time at Dak&Bop. He is very knowledgeable on the restaurants history as well.
